Every book is especially made for you. Orders are typically shipped within 3-4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days depending on your location.

Shipping & Returns

• We don't print your book until you've actually placed the order — it's made for you specifically, not pulled off a shelf somewhere.
• Once it's printed, it heads your way through our shipping partners, and we'll email you the tracking as soon as it's out the door.
• Because this book is made just for your family, we're not able to accept general returns — there's no shelf to put it back on. But if something about your order isn't right, tell us within 3 days of it arriving. Email us with a few clear photos if you can — it helps us sort things out quickly and get it right for you.
